The new generation of AIAG approved high pressure injection molded folding bulk container offers sustainable and recyclable. 252 units per truck load, maximum cube utilization and shipping savings. Greatest strength to weight ratio in the industry.
Box style “Carcass Joint” improves impact resistance and allows for firm sidewall positioning and locking. “U-Channel” ribbing pick-up both vertical top loading and horizontal stresses to reduce sidewall torsion and deflection. “Floating Finger” hinge allows for easy assembly and disassembly of the container. The integrated “T-Slot” picks up additional vertical forces present in certain application, absorbs impact, and aligns the walls. The two piece compression heat welded base design creates the most solid base using the fewest raw material. The ribbings run throughout the entire base of the container providing internal strength and support.
2 hinged drop down doors fold flush against container for easy access to contents. The plastic shipping container folds easily with plastic ergonomic latches. High return ratio for reduced costs on these new designed folding shipping container; 252 folded on the 53′ truck. These Plastic Shipping Containers include labeling area on sides.
