- What sizes bins do you carry? L and XL
- Is there a delivery Fee? NO, pickup and delivery of your bins is FREE
- When can I get my bins delivered? Once you place an order on our website you can select your delivery date and time.
- Can I extend my time? Yes, just call us and we will extend your box rental. Remember the extensions are 1 week minimum.
- How do I pay for my boxes? You order boxes online and pay with any form of credit/debit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
- If I need additional boxes how soon can I get them? We try to service our customers as quickly as possible so we will make every effort to get you more bins. Just give us a call.
- What if I need to cancel or reschedule my order? To cancel or reschedule anytime after 12:00 noon on the day before your scheduled delivery, please call 1-877-345-5246 no later than noon the day prior to the scheduled delivery. Cancellations received after that time will be assessed one week rental.
- Do I need to be home during the delivery and pick up of my Bins? Yes. Someone over the age of 18 years old who is authorized to sign for you will need to be home to sign for the delivery.
- Will I be contacted prior to delivery? Yes. We will contact you to schedule your delivery.
- What size is the box? Our plastic boxes come in two size approximately L (27” x 17” x 13”) and XL (28” x 21” x 15”) (2.4 cubic feet).
- What happens if I damage a plastic moving box? If you damage a box to the point where it cannot be rented again, you will get charged a box replacement fee of $25 per box.
